Job Description Job Description Entry-Level Laboratory Technician Short-Term Assignment | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $23–$25 per hour Projected End Date: June 30, 2026 (Potential Extension) Are you looking to launch your career in a laboratory setting? This is an excellent opportunity for early-career candidates, recent graduates, or students with hands-on lab experience to gain valuable industry experience in a professional laboratory environment. We are seeking detail-oriented individuals with foundational laboratory knowledge and a strong willingness to learn. This entry-level role offers exposure to raw material testing, analytical instrumentation, documentation practices, and laboratory operations. Key Responsibilities Perform testing and analysis of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and other laboratory samples Prepare standard and sample solutions following established procedures Maintain, calibrate, and support analytical instruments Accurately document testing, sample preparation, and investigational activities Assist with laboratory investigations, including Out of Specification (OOS) and Out of Trend (OOT) results Coordinate materials for external contract laboratory testing Support stability program activities, including sampling and placement Clean and maintain laboratory glassware and bench areas Order, stock, and manage laboratory supplies and reagents Assist with sampling of incoming materials as needed Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Science or a related field Hands-on bench or laboratory experience (academic lab work or internships acceptable) Exposure to sample preparation, routine testing, and lab documentation Experience with inventory management preferred Familiarity with introductory laboratory chemistry concepts (e.g., Lab Chemistry I) This position is ideal for candidates beginning their scientific careers who are eager to gain structured laboratory experience in a regulated environment.
