About the Mental Health Care Company / The Opportunity: Join an

of mental health challenges. As Clinical Director, you will play a
vital role within a residential treatment setting, collaborating
with passionate professionals in an environment that fosters
growth, healing, and long-term positive outcomes. Responsibilities:
Conduct individual therapeutic sessions with students to address
emotional needs and well-being. Facilitate family therapy sessions
to promote communication and heal family dynamics. Lead group
therapy sessions, creating a supportive community and encouraging
personal growth. Develop and oversee comprehensive treatment plans
in weekly interdisciplinary meetings. Supervise and mentor a team
of 3-5 clinicians, supporting their professional development.
Maintain meticulous documentation of sessions and client progress,
ensuring regulatory compliance. Participate actively in family
weekends to support student and family reunification processes.
Organize and lead two-day therapeutic camping trips for
experiential learning and relationship building. Must-Have Skills:
Master’s or Doctorate in MSW, CSW, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, or Clinical
Psychology. Licensed to practice in the State of Utah. Minimum two
years practicing as a licensed therapist. At least one year’s
experience in a residential treatment setting. Track record of
clinical oversight or leadership within a team environment. Ability
to pass a Utah State background check. Strong verbal and written
communication skills. Professional documentation and charting
skills. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience providing systemically
focused treatment with youth. Ability to effectively collaborate
with multidisciplinary clinical and residential staff teams. Strong
relationship-building skills with clients and families.
Participation in professional development or clinical mastery
programs. Background in organizing experiential therapy initiatives
or similar outdoor activities.
