Position Summary: Contributes to the development of medical devices. Main responsibilities are conducting product performance testing and building prototypes for evaluation. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct product performance bench testing Build or assemble prototype materials, components, subassemblies and assemblies Construct, operate, troubleshoot, adjust, maintain and test equipment, systems or products Perform testing and analyze data and write reports Review or develop processing or manufacturing instructions Maintain detailed documentation through all phases of development, testing and analysis Record data following good documentation practices Ability to solve problems and work with minimal supervision Perform job functions in accordance with applicable GMP and ISO guidelines Comply with applicable FDA and international regulatory laws/standards Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation Requirements: High School diploma Medical device Tech industry experience is a plus Must have at least 1 year of troubleshooting and testing experience as a technician Computer skills including solid proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of GMP, experience with ISO regulations is a plus Must have technical writing experience Must have at least 1 year of experience as a technician in a manufacturing environment Key benefits we provide: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical, Dental, Vision insurance Paid Parental Leave Paid Holidays 401k Plan (with a generous employer match) Life Insurance (company paid) Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance (company paid) Subscription to Calmhealth.com Employee Assistance Program An environment of belonging where everyone can thrive Commitment to Equal Opportunity: The Scientia Vascular culture is centered on the principals of equal opportunity for all employees.
