Job Description Job Description Production Operator Night Shift: 7pm - 7am; 2-2-3 Schedule; $21 per hour Day shift, 7am - 7pm, $20/hour Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join production of extrusion pipe department in Salt Lake City. This entry-level position involves utilizing standard tools and measuring devices to ensure that the final product meets customer specifications. Responsibilities Utilize standard tools and measuring devices to ensure the final product meets customer specifications. Identify and address any basic abnormalities in the product. Perform lifting of products Ensure the final product is wrapped neatly around the reel while maintaining quality checks. Work in a manufacturing environment. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean working space. Essential Skills Manufacturing and production experience. Basic machine operating skills Mechanical assembly and aptitude. Able to work with hand tools and power tools. Minimum of year of recent manufacturing experience. Consistent work history within manufacturing/production. Eagerness to learn and adapt. Work Environment Work in a clean, large manufacturing plant, safe environment. The role involves working a 12-hour shift with alternating schedules of 48 hours one week and 36 hours the next, following a 2-2-3 schedule. Candidate must able to submit to a pre-employment drug and bg check. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Salt Lake City, UT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $43680.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
