Job Description Job Title: Pharmacist Location: Onsite – West Valley City, UT Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:45 AM – 6:15 PM ( Schedule may adjust slightly starting in April) Job Type: 11 months Contract with & then permanent hire About the Role: We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure safe, accurate medication dispensing. In this role, you’ll work closely with pharmacy technicians, healthcare professionals, and patients to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care in a collaborative onsite environment. What You’ll Do: Review and interpret prescription orders for accuracy and safety Dispense medications, including compounding, packaging, and labeling Monitor medication therapies and recommend appropriate interventions Supervise and support pharmacy technicians Verify order entries, medication preparation, and labeling Counsel patients on proper medication use and drug therapies Provide pharmacological guidance to healthcare professionals Participate in health screenings, immunizations, and clinical programs as applicable Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations Maintain accurate records for controlled substances Support a clean, safe, and compliant pharmacy environment Participate in training and ongoing professional development What We’re Looking For: PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Active, unrestricted Utah Pharmacist license (required) 0–2 years of pharmacist experience (new grads encouraged to apply) Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Excellent communication and teamwork skills Why This Opportunity: Competitive hourly pay Consistent weekday schedule Potential pathway to permanent employment Supportive onsite team environment Opportunity to grow clinical and operational experience AKASH DEVGAN PROFESSIONAL RECRUITER
