Job Responsibilities: As a Licensed Physical Therapist at MINT Physical Therapy, your role will encompass the following key responsibilities. Physical therapy care: Offer support and rehabilitation services to patients recovering from car accidents, workplace injuries and home health patients, enabling them to return to their daily routines. Case load: 30% home health, 70% in clinic and mobile visits for outpatient patients. You should apply if you enjoy working with all of these populations and you enjoy the variety throughout the week. Patient Communication: Maintain open, empathetic communication with patients and their families, educating them on their condition and the treatment process. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapist, to provide holistic and comprehensive patient care. Requirements: We are looking for a Physical Therapist who meets the following qualifications: Valid PT License: Current and valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Utah. Effective Communication: Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with patients, families, and team members. Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability in addressing the unique needs of diverse patient populations and needs of the company. Initiator: Have the confidence and work ethic to get things started and follow through.
