If you’re the type of person who sends thorough updates after each visit and follows instructions exactly, you’ll fit right in. The Comforted Kitty is contracting with independent cat sitters in the Provo metro area. This is a 1099 independent contractor role (not W-2). You choose your availability and service area; we match you with clients based on fit and demand. What You’ll Do Provide in-home cat sitting for drop-ins and overnights Follow client instructions precisely: food, water, litter, enrichment Support meds when applicable (based on your skill level and comfort) Keep the home tidy handle small tasks (mail, plants, trash) Send updates after each visit (notes photos) via our app Service Types Drop-in visits: 30 / 45 / 60 minutes (1–3x daily) Overnights: 10-hour stays in the client’s home 24-hour live-in care: overnight staying in client’s home most of daytime What Clients Value (and What We Hire For) You’ll succeed here if you can consistently deliver: Peace of mind: clear after-each-visit updates with photos Easy logistics: professional meet & greet smooth coordination Medication confidence: careful, calm handling when needed Home-care basics: the details done right (litter/food/water/tidy) Reliability: on-time, routine consistency Trust: respectful, professional in someone’s home Pay Perks Competitive pay rates Bonus opportunities (holidays, short notice, referrals, strong feedback, etc.) 100% of tips go to the sitter Support from a national community of pet care providers Schedule (Flexible, With Standards) Client visit windows typically include: Morning (6a–12p) Afternoon (12p–5p) Evening (5p–10p) Overnights (10 hours) Live-in (24 hours) You choose your availability. If you accept a booking, you must show up on time and complete every update.
