We are seeking multiple therapists who are well-versed and compassionate about treating trauma and enjoy providing short-term therapy. Our therapists are able to do what they do best treat the clients and we take care of the rest. You will never need to find your own clients. We are looking for therapists in the following locations: • South Jordan Requirements • Fluent in Spanish • LCSW or similar • Trauma work experience preferred (EMDR, ART, IFS, etc) • Excellent communication skills • Ability to build good rapport with clients Benefits • Flexible schedule • Never work on weekends or holidays • Reimbursement for continued education • Paid holidays and vacation days for full-time therapists Compensation - Part-time therapists are paid per clinical hour: • $50-70/hour (depending on credentials and experience) • Must be available 10 or more hours per week - Full-time therapists are paid a salary: (if you prefer clinical hour, then this is flexible) • $60,000-80,000 (depending on credentials and experience) • Paid holidays and paid time off • Yearly raises • Expected to be available 35 hours per week • Expected to work one later shift per week Please send your resume to eric@sperohealthgroup.com We look forward to hearing from you!
