Role OverviewSodexo Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and
results-oriented Director of Client Solutions and Business
Development - Healthcareto join our team. In this role, you will
collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand prospective
clients' needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive the sales
process from initial connection through to contract signature. This

Solutions and Business Development - Healthcare to join their team!
This is a Field Based opportunity that is based in the West Region
of the United States. Ideal candidate will reside in Phoenix
Arizona, Salt Lake City, Utah, Denver, Colorado or New Mexico. Due
to the high travel requirements ranging from 40-70%, living near a
major airport is essential.Travel requirements can be upwards of
50% to support prospecting, deal volume commitments and client
facing time, therefore living near a major airport is
desired.IncentivesBase salary plus commissionWhat You'll Do
- Process Orientation: Manage a complex, yet defined sales
process from initial discovery to solution design, proposal
presentation, and contract negotiation. Your attention to detail
and ability to navigate a structured process will ensure that
opportunities progress smoothly through all stages.
- Teamwork: Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams
to solve challenges, innovate solutions, and create winning
strategies that achieve results. You will value team input, sharing
ideas, and leveraging collective expertise.
- Leadership: Lead cross-functional deal teams to drive the best
solution for clients, ensuring clear communication and motivating
teams to meet project goals. Your leadership will foster a
collaborative environment where all voices are heard and
contributions valued, helping to advance deals with both speed and
precision.
- Organization: Balance multiple parallel processes at various
stages of development. Stay organized, manage schedules, and ensure
that opportunities are progressing as planned to meet both your and
the client's timelines.

record in delivering on commitments. With a "say/do" mindset, you
will ensure that each deal moves forward smoothly and
efficiently.

lead sales conversations will be crucial in closing deals.

your regional business. Balance the art of prospecting to fill the
top of the funnel while effectively converting mid-funnel
opportunities into closed deals. Develop and execute a clear plan
to win in your market.
- Executive-Level Communication: Be a trusted spokesperson for
Sodexo, able to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively to
all levels of stakeholders. Whether in writing or in meetings, your
