• $79,000 + Super + BonusThe Opportunity:As the Store Manager, reporting directly to the District Manager and supported by an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a passionate team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values to empower our clients.You'll also play a key role in:
  • Driving a selling culture within your team to meet KPI's and promote Sephora's values
  • Consistently raise performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent
  • Utilising and exploiting data to support operational decisions by working closely with the district manager and director of stores.
  • Implementing a continuous improvement mentality within the team and working in partnership with the wider team.

    • Creating Amazing Customer Experience: Lead your team to provide clients with meaningful in-store experiences that build brand loyalty through promoting positive behaviours to elevate client experience.
    • Managing Day-to-Day Store Operations: Drive operational initiatives including brand events, training, and supporting visual merchandising changes to ensure the store represents the Sephora brand and culture.
    • Developing Sales and Budget Strategies: Manage the profit and loss for your store including monitoring stock levels to maximise sales and profitability and identify, analyse, and forecast sales or issues.
    • Enhancing Our Culture: Maintain a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed through feedback and career development, coaching, learning, and recognition.
    • Maintaining Results: Monitor KPIs and help attract, recruit, and develop store talent.We would love to hear from you if:
      • You have previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience
      • You're passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail
      • You have excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills
      • You're a hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help our team members succeed
      • You have a knack for attracting, identifying, and inspiring talented employees
      • You have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels
      • You enjoy a flexible work schedule and are able to work weekends, before/after store hours, and eveningsPlease keep in mind when considering a role at Sephora that each of our stores have their own individual needs.
