- $79,000 + Super + BonusThe Opportunity:As the Store Manager,
reporting directly to the District Manager and supported by an
Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a
passionate team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department
Managers to embody Sephora's values to empower our clients.You'll
also play a key role in:
- Driving a selling culture within your team to meet KPI's and
promote Sephora's values
- Consistently raise performance and capability of the team to
support developing internal talent
- Utilising and exploiting data to support operational decisions
by working closely with the district manager and director of
stores.
- Implementing a continuous improvement mentality within the team
and working in partnership with the wider team.
- Energising your team to deliver first-class customer service
within a fast-paced environmentEvery day will bring new and

- Creating Amazing Customer Experience: Lead your team to provide
clients with meaningful in-store experiences that build brand
loyalty through promoting positive behaviours to elevate client
experience.
- Managing Day-to-Day Store Operations: Drive operational
initiatives including brand events, training, and supporting visual
merchandising changes to ensure the store represents the Sephora
brand and culture.
- Developing Sales and Budget Strategies: Manage the profit and
loss for your store including monitoring stock levels to maximise
sales and profitability and identify, analyse, and forecast sales
or issues.
- Enhancing Our Culture: Maintain a strong and positive culture
where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed
through feedback and career development, coaching, learning, and
recognition.
- Maintaining Results: Monitor KPIs and help attract, recruit,
and develop store talent.We would love to hear from you if:
- You have previous retail management experience at a big box
retailer or multi-site experience
- You're passionate about excellent client service and
experiential retail
- You have excellent organizational, analytical, and business
management skills
- You're a hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to
motivate, coach, and help our team members succeed
- You have a knack for attracting, identifying, and inspiring
talented employees
- You have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills,
and the ability to influence team members at all levels
- You enjoy a flexible work schedule and are able to work
weekends, before/after store hours, and eveningsPlease keep in mind
when considering a role at Sephora that each of our stores have
their own individual needs. Only Australian Citizens or Permanent
Residents will be considered for this opportunity.As our busiest
days of trade are between Thursday to Sunday, the ideal candidate
will be able to provide 5 full days of availability across key
trading times including but not limited to late-night, weekend and
