A company is looking for a Process Enablement Program Manager to
drive operational excellence across internal approvals
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage internal approvals processes, ensuring coordination
among stakeholders
Define, track, and report on performance metrics to enhance
operational insight
Design tooling enhancements and automation opportunities to improve
process efficiency
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in process governance or related fields
Strong technical skills with Jira and Google Suite
Experience with process enablement methodologies preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence with
cross-functional teams
A strong sense of ownership and urgency in driving process
improvements
