Job Description Job Description Experienced Property Manager Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84111 Schedule: M–F, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pay: $25–$26/hr (based on experience) Type: Contract Take the lead in a high?impact property management role where you’ll independently oversee apartment buildings plus several nearby satellite locations totaling 140 units. If you have experience in Public Housing, Tax Credit, and Section 8 programs, this is a great opportunity to bring your expertise to a supportive, mission-focused environment. Job Description You will be responsible for independently managing daily operations across multiple public housing properties, ensuring compliance, resident satisfaction, and property performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee operations for 100-unit primary site plus 140 total units across satellite properties Ensure compliance with Public Housing, Tax Credit, and Section 8 regulations Manage resident relations and resolve concerns Handle leasing, certifications, recertifications, and documentation Coordinate maintenance needs and property readiness Required Skills Experience managing Public Housing communities Strong knowledge of Tax Credit & Section 8 program requirements Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Experience with compliance software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) Prior multi?site management experience Benefits Through BGSF Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options PTO or sick leave (as applicable per state/local law) Referral bonuses ZIPW BGSF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
