Job Description:
Talked with Tim McGoff and he is needing an SBA underwriter that
has a background doing healthcare underwriting. They would like
someone that is familiar with SBA underwriting and also someone
familiar with healthcare deals, such as assisted living centers.
The position would report to a credit manager but work day-to-day
with Jim Harris, the sales heathcare manager. The position can be a
remote one that works anywhere in the US, but he would prefer
someone in the western states. Compensation range would be
$80-130K, depending on experience. Deal sizes could be $5-10
million for SBA loans and larger for conventional loans. Interview
would be with Jim Harris initially.
