to join our team as a Precision Electromechanical Assembler 3 based
in Salt Lake City, UT . This position will work the Weekday 2nd
shift on a 4/10 schedule Monday through Thursday. Northrop Grumman

quality at the most affordable rate. What you will get to do:
Performs a variety of operations to assemble precision
electromechanical products such as gyros and gear train mechanisms.
Performs tasks such as drilling, reaming, burnishing, and tapping;
uses precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to
specified tolerance. Assembles, disassembles, repairs and
reassembles precision assemblies and corrects malfunctions. May
assemble and modify prototype precision units for engineering
personnel. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with
statistical process or other control procedures. Basic
Qualifications for the Precision Microelectronic Assembler 3: High
School diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work
experience; OR a related technical STEM Associate's degree with 2
or more years of relevant work experience. Must be able to work 2nd
shift. 4x10 3pm-130am Able to achieve J-STD-001 certification. Must
be able to stand for prolong periods. Preferred Qualifications for
the Precision Microelectronic Assembler : Experience with
techniques, approaches, guidelines, policies and procedures in the
job area. Experience performing assembly techniques to make
modifications, reworks and assemblies. J-STD-001 solder
certification or equivalent soldering skills. Experience performing
basic problem-solving techniques which are fully defined and
available through the supervisor, coworkers and written materials.
There are a variety of job functions associated with manufacturing,
including assembling precision electromechanical products and
building and assembling printed wire boards (PWBs) using SMT
(Surface Mount Technology) pick-and-place machines. Employees may
also assemble and modify prototype precision units for engineering
personnel. Additionally, team members may monitor, inspect and
verify quality in accordance with statistical process controls or
other quality control procedures. Our workforce includes

communicate, work in a team environment, achieve soldering
certification, and be available for the 4/10 Second Shift Schedule:

MPR Primary Level Salary Range: $48,400.00 - $80,600.00 The above
salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop
Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary
offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and
the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market
conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible
for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in
addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward
individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in
company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions
may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop
Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance
